Insurance Coverage

Many insurance companies provide coverage for alternative health care under extended health care plans. Ask your employer what coverage they provide. A physician’s referral may be required to make a claim. Our policy is to provide a receipt when services are paid for, which can then be submitted to your insurance provider. We provide direct billing for patients covered by Green Shield.

Frequency of Treatments

Some people experience relief after their first treatment, however, massage therapy, osteopathy, acupuncture, laser and chiropractic care are most beneficial when used over a series of treatments. Your health care provider will discuss the best treatment plan for your needs.

Confidentiality

On your first visit to the Chiropractic Centre, you will complete a medical case history form. This information and any conversation between you and your health care provider will remain confidential.
